RETURN POLICY – EVALLIZ
At Evalliz, our return and exchange policy is designed to provide you with complete confidence when purchasing our outdoor-inspired sunglasses and accessories.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
All of our products are covered against manufacturing defects. Additionally, we offer exchanges for items that arrive different from what was ordered.
If you receive a product with a defect or that does not match your order, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: If more than 7 days have passed and the product presents a defect, contact us by email with your tax identification number, order number, and a clear description of the issue.

Evaluation and Resolution: Our Customer Service team will handle your request and forward it to our Quality Department. After verification, we will contact you with the resolution and, if needed, arrange for a product exchange.
The deadline to request an exchange for these reasons is 90 days from the date you receive your order. After this period, exchanges or refunds will not be processed.
PARTIAL REFUND POLICY
In standard return cases, we allow the customer to keep the product and receive a 50% partial refund. This refund can be issued either as store credit for future purchases or directly to the customer's bank account — allowing you to retain the original item.
We respect your right of withdrawal, as per applicable laws. If you wish to cancel your purchase, the request must be made within 7 business days of receiving the product, provided the item remains unused and in its original packaging.
In case of a return or withdrawal, please contact us via email with your tax identification number and order number. You'll be required to complete and sign a return form, which should be sent to our Customer Service team.
After receiving the returned product, our Quality Department will assess it within 7 business days, and we will inform you of the next steps.
REFUNDS

For credit card purchases, refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the credit may take up to 120 days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

For bank transfers, refunds are processed within 7 business days after product verification and can only be issued to an account under the same tax ID used for the purchase.
Returns sent without prior communication, after the allowed timeframe, missing items, labels, or invoices will be returned to the customer. If an exchange is rejected after evaluation, the item will also be sent back via express delivery at the customer’s expense.
Please note: Evalliz is not responsible for return shipping costs in cases of refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges for different products. These costs must be covered by the customer.
